This posting serves as notice that the Douglas County Housing Partnership (DCHP), a Multijurisdictional Housing Authority, established pursuant to C.R.S. § 29-1-204.5 will hold a Waiting list Opening for Reyn Rock Apartments located at 403 Perry Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104 on Friday, May 8, 2026, from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. The Waiting list will close at 4:00 P.M. or when the maximum number of 15 applications is reached. Pre-applications will be accepted in person at the address above and will be processed in the order received. This rental property is designated for households with at least one member aged 62 or older. The Reyn Rock Apartments Tenant Selection Plan (TSP) is available upon request.
