Homebuyer Education Class

Buying a home is one of the most important financial decisions you will make. Douglas County Housing Partnership (DCHP) is here to help you prepare. Our Homebuyer Education class walks you through the entire home-buying process so you can make informed decisions, qualify for assistance programs, and become a confident homeowner.

This class meets the standards set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling (NISHEC), and the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA).

DCHP is a HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency and a CHFA-approved Homebuyer Education provider.
