Take the First Step to HOME OWNERSHIP

Before you step into your new home, take advantage of Douglas County Housing Partnership’s FREE Homebuyer Education Class – everything you need to know about the homebuying process BEFORE you sign that contract!

Classes are held from:
9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 9350 Heritage Hills Circle, Lone Tree, CO 80124

Directions to the class:
The class is held at the Douglas County Park Meadows Building near the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Yosemite, approximately ½ mile WEST of I-25 and Lincoln Avenue. From I-25 head west on Lincoln Avenue to Heritage Hills Circle. Turn right (north) on Heritage Hills Circle. The Park Meadows Center Building will be on the left-hand side of the street.

Parking is available in the back (north) side of the building across the street from the elementary school. Walk down the wheelchair ramp or stairway to the northwest corner entrance. Look for homebuyer seminar signs along the way. Can’t make one of our in-person classes? Click here to take the course online through eHome America for $75

To take the class online, please follow this procedure:

  1. Register for the class
  2. Make a $75 payment with your credit card
  3. Complete the on-line education. You must complete all of the modules.
  4. Call the phone number given at the end of the course to schedule a time to speak with one of our counselors and take a brief quiz.
