The Reserve at Castle Highlands is a 200-unit apartment community located in the Town of Castle Rock. Through a partnership with Trammel Crow Residential, the Douglas County Housing Partnership entered the complex’s ownership group in 2004. The community features 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, a pool, and a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse.
