The need for affordable housing for workers in the Meridian International Business Center was the catalyst for the development of this 221-unit apartment building. The community features a loft-style design with exposed ductwork, hardwood floors, and contemporary architecture. The Douglas County Housing Partnership partnered with MBR Development in 2004 on this project. The four-story Lincoln Pointe building’s units are accessed from interior corridors served by elevators.
