Oakwood Senior Apartments

NOTICE:  Oakwood Senior Apartments currently has an open interest list for seniors over the age of 55 and anyone of any age with a disability.  Household income must be less than $52,140 for one person or $59,580 for two people. 

Oakwood is a 109-unit senior community located in Castle Rock. The complex was developed under the Rural Development 515 Program. In 2005 the Rural Development loan was pre-paid, and the complex was in danger of being converted to market-rate condominiums. The DCHP stepped in and bought the complex, thereby maintaining the affordable rents. Oakwood is comprised of both 1- and 2-bedroom units and has community center, dog park, walking paths, outdoor seated area with grill, roof top patio, fitness room.

Acquired by DCHP in October 2023, Reyn Rock Senior Apartments provides 33 units for very-low income seniors over the age of 62, or disabled seniors over the age of 55.  Located in the heart of Downtown Castle Rock, this property is close to dozens of amazing amenities.
